Jan 30, 2009, Wichita, KS - It is with great pleasure to announce the 2009 appointments for the Central Plains Leather Sir, leather boy and Community Bootblack.

The 2009 Central Plains Leather Sir is Samuel Sampson from the St Louis Missouri area.

The 2009 Central Plains leather boy is Kevin "pup sparkie" Perdue also from the St Louis Missouri area.

The 2009 Central Plains Community Bootblack is Michael "boy blu" McNeese from the Wichita Kansas area.

These three individuals will compete at the ILSb/ ICBB 2009 Contest in San Francisco - October 29 to November 1, 2009 . The Central Plains region consists of Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
